I've used dialogflow many times before, but it fails to recognize the simple intents, lowercase variants, and some of the entities were not automatically recognized. Also, I had to manually enter the context for languages-followup under languages-custom, whereas the lab said it would be auto-filled.

Link to Dialogflow is broken. Lab instructions are not consistent with the Dialogflow console, there is no place to enter responses in the Intent creation window so most of the lab is not usable.
