Instructions aren't very clear. would be difficult for someone who's using dialogflow for the first time

Please review lab instructions. Dialogflow link is deprecated, feedback is asked using Google+ which no longer exists since 2018, and some follow-up responses are no longer observed (i.e. I can't believe you've known #Languages-followup for $duration!). Thanks!
