The instructions for how to make the cluster are outdated and the progress check cannot find the cluster.

Outdated. Screenshot and directions no longer applicable. Private cluster configuration is different and Control Plane Networking configuration no longer allows 192 address range.

When creating a private cluster, I couldn't find the "Private cluster" radio button. Did the GC Console recently update the UI?
