When I went to configure the IAP consent page it opened a new window with my company credentials and not the student credentials. Eventually I figured out that I could open the consent page configuration in incognito mode and re-login with my student credentials - which worked.

The lab bombed out when I sent to configure the IAP consent screen. It opened a separate window but tried to pass my company's credentials and not the student credentials. After that my original window for the student no longer worked so I had to end the lab and loose all my work.
