add to instructurtion that ssh keys need to have nonempty password. when using empty passsword ssh connection results in nonmeaningful error 255

After creating the logging sink (FlowLogBQExport), the BigQuery table compute_googleapis_com_vpc_flows_* took approximately 30-40 minutes to appear — far longer than the documented 1-2 minutes. The root cause was missing IAM permissions (roles/bigquery.dataEditor) on the sink's service account, which had to be granted manually via bq update after the standard gcloud projects add-iam-policy-binding command failed due to Qwiklabs restrictions.
