couldn't SSH after step 1 completed. Restarting the lab.

The account that was used for the lab doesn't have the required permissions to complete the lab. I was unable to create a log sink to BigQuery dataset because I couldn't grant the service account that is supposed to write logs into the dataset, the necessary permissions.
