I completed all the 4 tasks, but the checker did not recognise completion the last two tasks, i have made the dashboard accordingly few times, i have a picture as a proof.

There was a bug in Looker I think, I created an Explore and tried to add it to a dashboard multiple times, but it didn't show up. I then fixed it by creating the Explore directly from the dashboard itself. Other than that great tutorial!
