first time assessment didn''t work even though I completed the task, had to do it again

Check my progress button is not functioning accurately. It doesn't mark a completed task as completed. I did 4 tasks but it would only approve 2 of those.

The looker instance is glitched out or something, as I cannot add another look to an existing dashboard.

Even though I completed Tasks 3 and 4, Qwiklabs didn't register it when I clicked the "Check my progress" button so I was unable to finish the lab. I also attempted to complete the lab again to see if it would resolve itself by restarting but it didn't so added frustration in redoing the analyses only for the same bug to occur.
