hard to follow, things not working on gcp (like creating a function on the asia northeast - weird error). also not enough time taking into account that we have to wait for permissions and stuff

The region mentioned i.e. asia-northeast2 had location restriction for creating bucket. The time limit should be extended to 1 hour
