the cloud function cannot be deployed, it crashes at the creation time

this lab assumes i am in the right folder, what if i want to navigate back and list the files and then decide to run a command? it will make a mess. Not only this but the lab doesn't really breakdown the temp-converter function properly. For example, where do we get process.env.TEMP_CONVERT_TO? I don't remember setting this. We only set this at the end of the lab. Why not just set it earlier when you create the function?

Environment was unbelievably buggy and had to do the lab a second time. Initial run, the could shell somehow did not have the auth token for the student user even though the dashboard showed the correct username for the student, correct project, etc. The first check did not work either.
