Last day, I tried multiple time creating the dataflow job but always ended up with the "failed to start VM..." message. Today I tried again and there's no problem. But some of the instructions were not very clear.

specific instructions. although conflicting with regards to setting up a table in bigquery as tinstructor mentioned to use us-central1 but the instructions say to use us-west1
