You really just give 1) The objetive of each task, specially biqquery and looker ones, 2) Explanations on why you are doing each step. Not just a meaninless actions to follow like a robot withoud knowing why and what for.

I kept getting "Failed to start the VM, launcher-202403190223495073553731617771411, used for launching because of status code: UNAVAILABLE, reason: One or more operations had an error". I think its because I didnt select US when I first opened the project?
