Use Serverless for Apache Spark to Load BigQuery Reviews

There are some modification requied in the steps. Such as before executing ./bin/start.sh commands in the VM we need to change directory to python Second issue is that we need to perform gcloud auth login and gcloud config set project after login in to a VM machine where we would be running these commands

Error quota not enough, even though follow all the steps. Then suddenly after requesting extra quota (rejected) and run the command again it succeeded

the check for spark is pretty shit... i had to run it 4 times, then check the next button first, then run the spark thing one more time, before the check worked
