Couldn't visualize the DNN due to my inability to properly install pydot and graphviz

Overall, I'm unimpressed by the labs' ability to teach about the functional API beyond "here are functions". The notebooks/colabs need to be rewritten to expand upon the methods and classes they're trying to teach. Much of the time is spent deducing concepts that are tangential such as mathematical concepts, definitions of helper functions, when the point of the modules is the Keras APIs and Tensorflow practices
