I had no problems. I understand Keras function API more now. I guess the reason my prediction was negative was because the data sample was small?: array([[-30.021873]], dtype=float32)

Since TF has been updated to TF 2.17, many functions have been deprecated such as tf.feature_column. Good as it trains us to ask AI and search google for the answer. Furthermore, I think that more should be done to explain the difference between a sequential and functional api model.
