Many issues with the lab, the first three checkpoint categories didn't register, and I couldn't finish the last few steps because of an issue despite following the steps exactly

The first three progress buttons did not work while the last two did. Maybe I was doing something wrong but the app seemed to be working as expected and I followed all steps. The errors were not very descriptive.
