i had to redo the migration due a mistake but it wouldn't let me recreate the destination. it said that it the *-master database already existed in cloud SQL even though I made sure to delete it. after retrying, the check won't succeed even if the destination SQL instance showed the correct row count. they should update the instructions to specify that the jobs should be named exactly the same as the destinations.
