I'm located in Europe, student "student-03-dbfcea5ee765@qwiklabs.net" and was not able to run the task "Image Generation" using "Imagen 4" Got error: Publisher model 'projects/431784919975/locations/us-central1/publishers/google/models/imagen-4.0-generate-001' was not found or your project does not have access to it.
