if the lab locale is set as zh_tw and the first task will keep failing due to the cloud run code limitation during deployment - the service name in traditional chinese will be translated to the english letters in the code deployment process, however, it would contain the "---" in the service name of cloud run app, which hit the limitation of the naming rule of the service. needs to avoid that in the future otherwise not everyone in TW or other countries would know how to change the locale and to deploy the code in the english service name successfully.

At the first step: Unable to deploy the prompt into a cloud run app as there was a popup window showing "Failed to create the Cloud Run Service - There was no response from the server" (internet connect checked to be normal, from Taiwan) === It seems that the problem is the auto generated app service name contains "---", which is not accepted by Cloud Run Service Error message: "service.metadata.name: must not contain tag delimiter '---'." === The problem happens in lab course in Traditional Chinese. The step of renaming the prompt chat as "保險風險摘要 - 原型" making the "---" delimiter in service name
