Finally succeeded! My first attempt to deploy the app failed without a clear reason, which was quite confusing. Thinking it was an API issue, I got distracted by the red warning in Agent Studio ('Ask your admin to enable required APIs') during my second try and spent time troubleshooting it. It turns out that UI warning can actually be ignored. On my third try, I followed the exact same steps as the first attempt without changing anything, and it deployed smoothly. Still not sure what caused the initial failure, but glad it's completed!
