For those who are struggling with Step 4 (create deployment and service) It looks like the system checks, that the image URL contains precisely "valkyrie-dev:v0.0.1". So you should use something like: us-west1-docker.pkg.dev/qwiklabs-gcp-04-6669f2e2f0a1/valkyrie-docker/valkyrie-dev:v0.0.1. Initially, I uploaded my image to us-west1-docker.pkg.dev/qwiklabs-gcp-04-6669f2e2f0a1/valkyrie-docker/valkyrie-dev (without :v0.0.1 in the end, instead it was :latest). It was enough for step 3 but not step 4. I hope this helps.
