Lab does not work, I've tried going through the steps several times and get the following error: user@my-workstation:~/codeassist-demo$ pip install -r requirements.txt error: externally-managed-environment × This environment is externally managed ╰─> To install Python packages system-wide, try apt install python3-xyz, where xyz is the package you are trying to install. Gemini is quite slow compared to jetbrains ai assitant or github copilot, but the lab itself was quite okay

en la parte de levantar la api de Python me la levanta y todo pero no me carga el proceso no se a que se deba si estuviera mal no debería levantar la pagina o estaría la api haciendo mal el proceso pero no es así
