The explanation regarding the reasons you use a private window to login is bad. It was confusing. I finally decided to just use my own account. It wasn't until I got to the first part of the setup where I noticed I use a dummy acct to login to GCP that I realized "oh hey I can open this window again and that one should be private and now I see why". It would be great to have that clearly explained in the note re: incognito over at coursera. And also clearly at the top of the page here. The rest was great.
