It is very confusing and frustrating for learners outside US as when they open the Google Cloud console for the first time, the country would be default on places outside US. But you will have to select US to access public data and complete the lab. Otherwise you will keep on getting alerts and won't be able to get any work done.

endless use of browser resources ?! at one point it said 134% cpu untill I closed the Big Query window. sorry, but this was a failure of the web interface
