Some of the navigations have changed - i.e. "Pin a project" isn't there!

Had problems following the lab. My GCP console didn't have the ADD Pin project option. Used Explorer to star a project by name. Not sure why my console behaved differently? Very Frustrating especially when you're trying to use a new tool
