Exploring a BigQuery Public Dataset Reviews

In the table creation, it threw unknown error with out any explanation but the table was created in the backend

Received tracking error with regards to creating table from txt file, however table still creates. Bigger issue - could not add public dataset to resource pane. When new tab opens after clicking view dataset a prompt appears: "To view this page, select a project.", however the default project is not available. When you click create project there is a lack of permissions to create new project. Obviously can still query the public data without this but still
