could not create a table kept getting an transport error

In the 4 step, when I copy and paste the values for csv attributes, there is an error and I could not create the table

There was a problem when creating & uploading the data from the CSV file. Once completing all steps I received an error message stating: "Unexpected error. Tracking number: c5221886616639105". When clicking over close button then refreshing the browser I'm seeing the names_2014 table in there with the data. Not complaining here, I mean the tool is awesome and the lab is great too, seems to me that maybe there is a bug or new features where introduced within the create table options that is making not be in sync the lab and the table creation.
