Kindly review the steps to load the data set mentioned in step1 , it looks like there is no feature for pinning the project . Searching for the data set in left pane produces no results. Other instructions work as expected.

some of the instructions do not match the UI. for example: there is an instruction about pinning and it doesn't exist under Cloud Console > Big Query menu
