Not sure about the quiz question "You need a table to hold the dataset - true or false". If the dataset is the names_2014 dataset then the answer is true, if the dataset is all the names*.txt files then you need one table per file. Therefore, the question could be a little clearer, e.g. "You need one table to hold the complete baby names dataset -true or false".
