the process was not able to parse properly 2 files. Although the data store process finished did not work porperly. If I started the conversation with hello, the bot was not able to find the solution and responded as needed to look into google store. If I insisted, then mentioned did not had access. It worked when I started the chat with the question about the watches. something weird going on with the prompt used by the agent or the vector DB serving the content.

Passed more than 20 minutes. The activity still processing document with item succeeded = 0. that it is interesting is that the Simulator provides the right question even it seems the process is not finished (not a single file processed).
