On Data Studio - I'm using chrome incognito mode - for the control panel I get the scrollbar only for the "STYLE" tab and not for "DATA" tab. I actually can move it to STYLE scroll down - and the scroll level will be reflected on DATA, which makes things extremely difficult to follow. Just a point - that your recommended setting don't seem to work very well.
