For some reason the x button didn't show up when I wanted to delete a metric. I struggled for several minutes until when i added a filter for which the x button did show up at the right side of it. Then I thought I blindly click on the right side of the metric to hope to get it deleted and it worked! I don't know if this was a spurious render issue on the browser/javascript side or it was genuine error from the source/back-end.
