takes too long to create the model... so should be able to copy a pretrained model into the model registry so can still do stuff in there

Lab time is insufficient..its taking more than an hour for the model to be trained..Vertex AI is now called agent platfrom however the instructions are outdated and it takes a few mintues to figureout which eats up the lab time.
