Getting Started with Cloud Shell and gcloud Reviews

Some commands are not correct. The automatically assigned zone came up with a typo (missing the trailing number '1'), breaking the instance creation command until it was manually fixed to 'asia-southeast1-a'. Additionally, splitting the instance tagging into individual steps was required for the progress validator backend to correctly register the changes
