I am confused. The lab and the notebook mentioned GPU's bu the instructions were for tf 2.6 without GPU's. The notebook issues the following warning: "WARNING:tensorflow:There are non-GPU devices in `tf.distribute.Strategy`, not using nccl allreduce."

The tf strategy intends to use GPU. But, lab only asks to create new instance without GPUs.
