There are inconsistency in package requirements. Error: ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. "In this example we do see some drift, but it is well below the threshold that we've set." I'm not sure that's correct since in the example we end up with an anomaly BECAUSE the value is above the threshold we set.
