I don't know why I can't start my training process on Vertex AI. It said that jobs instance did not have permission to write or save trained models inside cloud storage

Update lab. "Notebooks" has changed to "Workbench". There were also some problems with project's regions in Jupyter notebook. Also some weird message about failed build appeared when opening the the Jupyter environment.
