Shapely package issues. Tried update/upgrade. Tried everything I could think of, but the lab doesnt' work.

Very good end to end, although is not based on Vertex. But it is good to have some knowledge about the old AI Platform, there must be some clients who are running workloads on it.

the notebook is completely outdated, the services it uses are retired

Lots of "magic" queries within the example notebook, but no explanation. Additionally, a lot of errors occurred when trying to connect to the notebook which required time to figure out. Part of the goal is to learn BigQuery with this portion of specialization, yet no BigQuery was learned. It was just thrown into the lab.
