Everything worked, except that the second step had to be modified to "!pip install --user google-cloud-bigquery==2.26.0 "shapely<2"". However, all steps had already been shown in previous labs on the learning path.

I suggest to design lab using latest vertex ai platform rather than ai-platform which is going to be deprecated in future..
