It does not run. We get an import error at the very begin (I installed the package update and restarted the kernel as instructed). Frustrating.

It would be better a follow along or hands on labs instead of a 'just click run' exercise. The lab is outdated as there's no more user-managed notebook tab, there's only 'instances' tab in Vertex Ai Workbenct.
