The lab got stuck at the VM creation step ("Launch Vertex AI Notebooks"). I specified the VM, creation started... and was still in the "provisioning" state 32+ minutes later. As this greatly exceed the expected creation time ("2-3 minutes"), I figured it is not going anywhere and terminated the lab 18 minutes before the end.
