Modular Load Balancing with Terraform - Regional Load Balancer Reviews

This and previous quest are missing declaration of project_id variable during the terraform plan and apply. I suggest changing "terraform apply" code snippet to this "terraform apply --var "project_id=$GOOGLE_PROJECT""
