I waited and waited for the kernel to restart successfully. Instead, each time I ran the previous code, I got the same message saying the kernel died and it will restart automatically. I couldn't move forward, assuming that every cell I run would give me the same error. This lab cost me 15 credits and more than three hours trying to finish it. This false, misleading message was incredibly frustrating. When I asked for chat support, the representative just told me to keep running the code, dismissing my concerns. I should have gotten a confirmation that the kernel restarted successfully, not that the kernel died and it "WILL RESTART AUTOMATICALLY!" This experience was extremely disappointing and unproductive.
