not able to complete task 3 and task 8 even after giving the correct answers. pls look into the instructions

The solutions I was giving were correct but as it wasn't put in the format outlined in the lab solution, the task wasn't being verified. I therefore had to request help. I think this should be addressed - more than one way to complete some of the tasks.
