said i didn't have access and on the last part, it started saying to wait a few minutes due to an error??? I only had a few minutes left. i have to restart this whole lab. I went to customer service and they just to find our i need to purchase a plan for help when i already subscriped to this????

In the Section to add logging to the firewall rules, you have to MAKE SURE that the 'Metadata' fields are turned OFF to pass. This is not pointed out anywhere.
