The lab is not correct. It talks about 2 instances there is only 1. Also not able to create utility vm in us-central1 in any of the region as it says it is unavailable.

No N1 instances available in zone. Tried restarting the lab and lab came up missing VM's. Maybe the zone is lacking resources atm.
