Google Kubernetes Engine Pipeline using Cloud Build avis

This Lab is currently not working at all i have tried this lab at least 3 to 5 times and everytime the Kubernetes culster is stucks at 64% deployment it does not giving me any error or something from it i can understand why that is happening so will it fix or not
