There's a bug with the command on prod-billing-service. it is set to private-billing-service and it is suppose to be prod-billing-service

Not just showing table with minimal information, please explain more user friendly explanation. Many tables are imcomplete. Only some of them shows `gcr.io`. Also, why not using `gcloud deploy` command?
