Configuring, Using, and Auditing VM Service Accounts and Scopes Reviews

When creating the VM, I had no idea where to find the "service account" drop down or "access scopes". I had to spend a few minutes hunting for this, as the instructions weren't clear and there were no screenshots. Also, in order for me to install the packages with pip, I had to add "--break-system-packages" to the commands, or else I received the error "error: externally-managed-environment × This environment is externally managed ╰─> To install Python packages system-wide, try apt install python3-xyz, where xyz is the package you are trying to install."

It was not so understood what we should look deeply at and what is only copy paste easy commands, I think we should de alone some of the commands without copy paste, like enter the service account in the python script
