Didn't get the sed commands to work. Needed to create the whole python command with service accounts and project id in it.

i did everything correctly to the best of my ability but I keep getting the Grant 'BigQuery Data Viewer' and 'BigQuery User' roles to 'bigquery-qwiklab' service account. overall I think cloud development is not as difficult as I have feared. Thanks GOOGLE for this experience I will definitely keep learning further
